Tangle Mosaik Projekt #14

For not to miss it i added the date for LonettA's Tangle Mosaic Project #14 to my calender ... and missed it almost. But got it and here are my tiles.

LonettA gave a string that can be combined all over again and again. Dedicated parts of the string should be filled with black and others with red. And this in two inverted variants.

For tile 1 i chose Rixty, Barberpole, Shattuck and Pots-N-Pans. The second one was filed with Funls, Narwal, Paradox and Drogon. Additionally i made up a small mosaic from my tiles.

I'm veri curious about the final result.

Da habe ich mir das Tangle Mosaic Projekt #14 von LonettA extra in den Kalender eingetragen ... und habe es doch fast verpasst. Und hier sind jetzt meine Beiträge.

Wie immer hat LonettA einen String vorgeben, der quasi unendlich ist und dessten Teile sich beliebig aneinander legen lassen. Diesmal hat sie die Vorgabe gemacht, welche Fläche in welcher Farbe (rot) ausgemalt werden soll. Und das in zwei umgekehrten Varianten. Eine sehr schöne Idee.

Für Teil 1 habe ich Rixty, Barberpole, Shattuck und Pots-N-Pans gewählt. Das zweite Teil habe ich mit Funls, Narwal, Paradox und Drogon gefüllt. Außerdem habe ich meine beiden Kacheln zu einem kleinen Mosaik kombiniert.

Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie das endgültige Ergebnis von LonettA aussieht.

   

Alphabet-Tangles

Da die Diva-Challenge #254 mit dem Thema Valentin nicht so mein Ding war, habe ich passend zu meinem Beitrag mit A-Tangles einen mit B-Tangles gemacht. Es lag nahe, ein "B" als String zu nutzen.
Verwendet habe ich für den String das Muster Barberpole. Weiterhin dann BeeLine und Beadlines. Auf elatorium.de habe ich dann noch Basket Weave und Banners gefunden. Übrigens eine schöne Quelle für weitere Muster. Dort findet man welche, die auf tanglepatterns.com nicht zu finden sind.

Because the Diva Challenge #254 wasn't something for me I have made a tangle with patterns beginnig with B in addition to my tangle with patterns beginning with A.
Of course I have used a B as string which is drawn with Barberpole. Then I took BeeLine and Beadlines. On the page elatorium.de I have found the patterns Basket Weave and Banner.
By the way a good source for more patterns that aren't mentioned at tanglepatterns.com.

Fractal

Heute habe ich mal ein fraktales Tangle gezeichnet. Fraktale sind natürliche oder künstliche Gebilde, deren wichtige Eigenschaft die Selbstähnlichkeit ist. Für das Randmuster stand der Beitrag zur Diva Challenge #245 von AngelEggroll Pate. Danke AngelEggroll. Hat dieses Muster einen Namen?
2016-01-16: Wie Cathy im Kommentar angemerkt hat, ist der Name des Musters "Barberpole". Ich habe es auf tanglepatterns.com gefunden.

Today i have done a fractal Tangle. Fractals are natural or artificial objects that have the characteristic to be self-similiar. The border was inspired by AngelEggrolls tangle for Diva Challenge #245. Thank you AngelEggroll. Does this pattern has a name?
