Project Pack #10 - Day 5

On day 5 of Project Pack #10 it are Crazy Tangles. Well known tangles that are drawn a little bit crazy.  Just put a "crazy" before these tangles: 1. Crescent Moon, 2. Cadent, 3. Knightsbridge, 4. Funls, 5. Laced & Zinger, 6. Banner, 7. 'Nzeppel, 8. Maryhill, 9. Hollibaugh, 10. Paradox.

Am Tag 5 ging es beim Project Pack #10 um Crazy Tangles. Also bekannte Tangles, die etwas verrückter gezeichnet werden. Nur ein "Crazy" vor folgende Tangles setzen: 1. Crescent Moon, 2. Cadent, 3. Tangle Mosaik Projekt #14

For not to miss it i added the date for LonettA's Tangle Mosaic Project #14 to my calender ... and missed it almost. But got it and here are my tiles.

LonettA gave a string that can be combined all over again and again. Dedicated parts of the string should be filled with black and others with red. And this in two inverted variants.

For tile 1 i chose Rixty, Barberpole, Shattuck and Pots-N-Pans. The second one was filed with Funls, Narwal, Paradox and Drogon. Additionally i made up a small mosaic from my tiles.

I'm veri curious about the final result.

Da habe ich mir das Tangle Mosaic Projekt #14 von LonettA extra in den Kalender eingetragen ... und habe es doch fast verpasst. Und hier sind jetzt meine Beiträge.

Wie immer hat LonettA einen String vorgeben, der quasi unendlich ist und dessten Teile sich beliebig aneinander legen lassen. Diesmal hat sie die Vorgabe gemacht, welche Fläche in welcher Farbe (rot) ausgemalt werden soll. Und das in zwei umgekehrten Varianten. Eine sehr schöne Idee.

Für Teil 1 habe ich Rixty, Barberpole, Shattuck und Pots-N-Pans gewählt. Das zweite Teil habe ich mit Funls, Narwal, Paradox und Drogon gefüllt. Außerdem habe ich meine beiden Kacheln zu einem kleinen Mosaik kombiniert.

Ich bin sehr gespannt, wie das endgültige Ergebnis von LonettA aussieht.

   

Cadent? Huggins? Something new?

Heute ein Step-Out für meine Kombination aus Huggins und Cadent. Ich habe immer noch die Fragen, ob es sich hier um eine Tangelation oder ein neues Tangle handelt. Vielleicht kennt ja jemand dieses Muster und kann mir sagen, ob es schon einen Namen hat.Falls nicht, habe ich es Roof genannt, da es mich irgendwie an ein gedecktes Dach erinnert.

Das Muster selber ist vielseitig. Man kann es zum Füllen von Flächen, für Bordüren, als kleinen Schmuck oder auch als String verwenden.

Viel Spaß beim ausprobieren.

Nachtrag: Gefunden! Das Muster heißt FUNLS. und wurde von Margaret Bremner (CZT) erstellt. Ich habe den Step-Out entsprechend korrigiert. Ich habe es stehen lassen, um ein paar Variationen des Musters zu zeigen.

Today a step out for my combination of Huggins and Cadent. I still have no clue if it is just a tangelation or a new pattern. Maybe somebody knows this pattern and can tell me if it already has got a name. In case that it is new i have named it Roof because it reminds me to that.

The pattern is quite versatile. You can use it for areas, for borders, as a small eye catcher or even as a string.

Addendum: I found it! The pattern is called FUNLS and was created by Margaret Bremner (CZT). I corrected the step-out accordingly. I haven't removed the step out because you see some variations of the pattern.
