Project Pack #10 - Day 5

On day 5 of Project Pack #10 it are Crazy Tangles. Well known tangles that are drawn a little bit crazy.  Just put a "crazy" before these tangles: 1. Crescent Moon, 2. Cadent, 3. Knightsbridge, 4. Funls, 5. Laced & Zinger, 6. Banner, 7. 'Nzeppel, 8. Maryhill, 9. Hollibaugh, 10. Paradox.

Project Pack #10 - Day 1

The new Project Pack arrived. The name is "legends". The zentangle starter packs are containing a lengend with 20 patterns. The was taken for the project pack. It contains a notebook with empty legends.

The project pack contains a legend called "L5". On the first day  20 rectangles were filled with patterns. I took the same patterns as in the video. Here are the results.

The whole project pack reminds me of my Tangle Directory.

Das neue Project Pack ist da. Das Thema sind "Legends" (Legende) im Sinne von Anleitungen. Den Zentangle Starter-Packs lag eine "Legende" bei, mit 20 Mustern. Dieses Thema wurde aufgegriffen. Das Project Pack besteht aus einem Heft, das voller leerer Legenden mit unterschiedlichen Vorlagen ist.

Angelehnt an die erste Legende mit dem Namen "L5" war der erste Tag eine Sammlung von 20 rechteckigen Feldern. Ich habe die gleichen Muster wie im Video benutzt. Und hier sind die Ergebnisse.

Das Ganze erinnert mich an mein Tangle Directory.

Project Pack #09 - Day 6 (final)

The 6. day of Project Pack #09. Rixty with a crazy variant of Diva Dance. Poke Root and Zinger and everything that came in my mind. That was really fun.

And then some variants of putting all tiles togehter.

Und dann noch ein paar Varianten, wie man die 6 fertigen Kacheln zusammenlegen kann.

Project Pack #09 - Day 5

Here it is, the 5. tile for Project Pack #09. I did the grid very regular. In one direction it was shaded with graphite, in the other it was brightened with the white pen. Great.

And the "Markus Operandus" is great. By choosing this pattern you can combine 3, 4, 5 or 6 tiles.

Da ist sie, die 5. Kachel zum Project Pack #09. Ich habe mich dafür entschieden, das Gitter gleichmäßig zu zeichnen. In der einen Richtung habe ich das Muster mit Schatten versehen, in der anderen Richtung mit weiß aufgehellt. Auch schön.

Und wieder sieht man, was für eine schöne Idee hinter dem "Markus Operandus" steckt. Durch die Wahl kann man 3, 4, 5 oder 6 Kacheln zusammen legen. Hier noch die ersten 5 Kacheln zusammen.

   

   

Project Pack #09 - Day 4

Day 4 of Project Pack #09, and something new. A great idea to take the structure of a stone as pattern. It reminds me of Diva Dance, but due to the two colors and the broken structures it looks really like a stone.

Tag 4 vom Project Pack #09, und diesmal etwas neues. Die Idee, eine Steinstruktur zu nehmen ... großartig. Eigentlich ein Diva Dance, durch die zwei Farben und die wechselnden Strukturen sieht es einem Stein wirklich ähnlich.

Project Pack #09 - Day 3

For day 3 of Project Pack #09 i chose one of the Renaissance tiles. This one does take the colors better than the others. The light green did fill the tile without a pattern. I dried the tile for half an hour. But when shading the tile the top still peeled. Hence, the shading isn't as present as on tiles of other colors.

But again a beautiful tile. With Pokeroot and Knights Bridge. And two mosaics with along with the tiles of day 1 and 2.

Heute war für das Project Pack #09 eine von den braunen Kacheln dran. Diese nimmt die Farbe deutlich besser auf, als die anderen, ein Muster in den grünen Flächen war nicht möglich. Dann habe ich die Kachel eine halbe Stunde trocknen lassen. Und beim verwischen der Schattierungen löste sich trotzdem die obere Schicht ab. Deshalb ist die Schattierung nicht so kräftig auf den anderen Kacheln.

Und wieder eine sehr schöne Kachel. Mit Pokeroot und Knights Bridge. Und zwei Mosaike mit den Kacheln von Tag 1 und 2.

  

Project Pack #09 - Day 2

Since i draw tangles i admired others with Marasu, but i rarely used it on my own. Because of the day 2 of the Project Pack 09 i had to used it. And a wonderful pattern. I took the tile with Sampson before i knew that Marasu as chosen. A nice contrast of the two patterns.

Ich habe schon lange Tangles mit Marasu bewundert, es aber kaum genutzt. Durch die heutige Aufgabe für das Project Pack war es dann einfach mal dran. Und siehe da ... ein super Muster. Die Kachel mit Sampson habe ich gewählt, bevor ich wusste, das Marasu dran ist. Ein wunderbarer Kontrast.

And the project continues colorful ... darg kreen, light green and the wonderful white chalk. This one i have seen often on other tangles. Great. Poke Root and Umble were used.

Und dann ging es farbig weiter ... Dunkelgrün, Hellgrün und der wunderbare weiße Kreidestift. Den habe ich schon oft auf anderen Tangles gesehen. Wunderschön. Poke Root und Umble.

Hoory: The project pack #09 arrived. I watched the preparation videos. To get a feeling for the organic tangles i drew them into my sketch book. I fell in love with Sampson. I decided to use multiple patterns: Sampson, Pokeroot and Rixty. This is the result of the preparation as a mosaik:

Hurra! Das Project-Pack ist angekommen. Ich habe mir dann erstmal die beiden Vorbereitungs-Videos angesehen. Um ein gefühl für die organischen Tangles zu bekommen, habe ich diese in meinem Skizzenbuch "geübt". Sehr schön fand ich Sampson. Ich habe mich dann entschieden, auf den 6 Zendalas unterschiedliche Muster zu nutzen: Sampson, Pokeroot und Rixty. Das Ergebnis als Mosaik:

KTT 29 - Zentangle Apprentice Lesson #2

Today a tangle for the video KTT 029 - Zentangle Apprentice Lesson #2. Molly draws together with Indy and Mazzy a tangle. A relaxing end for a calm day. I added one Indyrella with a blue pen. Knightsbridge and Pokeleaf are trying to escape the string.

Heute gibt es ein Tangle zum Video KTT 029 - Zentangle Apprentice Lesson #2. Molly zeichnet mit Indy und Mazzy wieder eine Kachel. Ein entspannter Tagesabschluss. Zusätzlich zum braunen und schwarzen Stift habe ich noch ein Teil von Indyrella mit blau gezeichnet. Knightsbridge und Pokeleaf durchbrechen die Grenzen des Strings..

KTT 27: Reticula and Fragments

Today i watched (and listened) the video Kitchen Table Tangles 27. The first shown variant of the filling was very meditative. I paused the video and drew one flower after the other.

Then i wanted more. I took a second tile, used the same triangle grid and filled each row with a variation of filling the triangles. Afterwards i played with the shading.

Heute habe ich mir das Video zu Kitchen Table Tangles 27 angesehen. Die erste gezeigte Variante war wieder sehr meditativ. Ich habe das Video pausiert und ganz in Ruhe eine Blume nach der anderen gezeichnet.

Danach hatte ich noch Lust auf mehr. Also habe ich eine zweite Kachel mit dem gleichen Dreieck-Gitter gezeichnet und diesmal pro Reihe eine Variation der Füllung gezeichnet. Wie immer habe ich mit der Schattierung gespielt.

Strudel-Tangle

Today we had a meat-spinach-strudel for lunch. Because it is wrapped like a spiral i drew a double spiral with compasses. I divided them into sections and filled these with every pattern that came in my mind. If you're bored you may look for the names of the patterns for yourself. But this time might be better used drawing your own tangle. 😉

Heute gab es bei uns einen Hackfleisch-Spinat-Studel. Da dieser wie eine Spirale gewickelt wird, habe ich mit dem Zirkel eine Doppel-Spirale gezeichnet. Diese habe ich dann in Segmente unterteilt und die Segmente mit allem gefüllt, was mir über den Weg lief. Wer Lust hatt, kann sich die Muster selber heraussuchen. Aber die Zeit könnt ihr besser für ein eigenes Tangle nutzen. 😉

KTT 26

After a relaxing walk a tangle was a good final of the day. I took the Kitchen Table Tangles 26 by Molly Hollibaugh and drew along with the three Ladies. An X as string, Crescent Moon, Hollibaugh, Poke Root, Tortuca. Finally i dived into the shading. The border was enhanced with the pen, some patterns are breaking this border and escaping.

Nach einem gemütlichen Spaziergang, war ein Tangle genau der richtige Abschluss des Tages. Also habe ich mir die Kitchen Table Tangles 26 von Molly Hollibaugh angesehen und mit den Drei Damen zusammen gezeichnet. Ein X als String, Crescent Moon, Hollibaugh, Poke Root, Tortuca. Dann wieder im Schattieren versunken. Den Rahmen habe ich mal wieder mit Tusche nachgezogen, dafür gehen einige Muster über den Rahmen heraus.

Fragments and Reticula - Renaissance

I needed a mental break. In such situations a tangle is the best to do. I too Fragments and Reticula as a theme. I put the grid a little bit rotated on the tile. Each row was filled with one pattern, but the patterns were shomehow turned each to his neighbour.

The stripes were shaded as they were on top of each other. Afterwards the patterns were shaded ... ready.

Some of the patterns are: Paradox, Well, Hurry, Betweed.

Ich brauchte mal wieder eine Auszeit. Da ist ein Tangle genau das richtige. Wieder habe ich als Thema Fragments & Reticula gewählt. Dieses mal habe ich das Raster schräg auf die Kachel gezeichnet. Dann wurde jede Reihe mit einem Muster gefüllt, das aber zu seinem Nachbarn gedreht wurde. Dann wurden die Streifen so schattiert, das es aussieht, als würden sie übereinander liegen. Dann noch ein paar Schatten in die Muster ... Fertig.

Die Muster sind u.A. Paradox, Well, Hurry, Betweed.

Fragments and Reticula

 For this tangle i drew a 4x4 grid for fragments. Into this i added some graphite lines. These are the invisible borders where the patterns are changing.

I took Flukes, Paradox, G7 and others.

Für dieses Tangle habe ich ein 4x4 Raster für Fragmente aufgezeichnet. In dieses habe ich mit Bleistift mehrere Linien gezeichnet. Diese bilden unsichtbare Übergänge zwischen den Mustern.

Verwendet habe ich Flukes, Paradox und G7 und andere.

Voice guided Tangling 2

Oops! I did it again. And listened to Molly Hollibaugh on her second Voice guided tangling. Great. I had a little headache this day. After a relaxing zentangle experience they were almost gone.

I chose a Renaissance tile and the brown pen for the drawing. A little shading. And finally highlighting with a Gelly Roll. I began the tile yesterday. But today i thought, that it had too much room. So i added some more patterns.

By the way, the pattern reminds me of Socc. You may find other tiles in the Mosaic App using #vgt2 and #voiceguidedtangling.

Oops! I did it again. Und habe Molly Hollibaugh bei ihrem zweiten Blogeintrag zugehört. Großartig. Ich hatte an diesem Tag etwas Kopfschmerzen. Nach einem entspannenden Tangle waren diese fast weg.

I habe ein Renaissance-Tile und den braunen Stift genommen. Etwas Schattierung. Und schließlich noch mit dem Gelly Roll etwas Licht. Ich hatte die Kachel gestern begonnen. Aber heute fand ich, dass noch zu viel Platz war. Also habe ich noch ein paar Muster gezeichnet.

Voice guided Tangling

Today i listened to Molly Hollibaugh on the Zentangle blog. In this YouTube video Molly is just talking. I followed her instructions and this is my result. You may find other tangles inside the Mosaic app when looking for #vtg1 and #voiceguidedtangling. I am very curious about other results. I haven't look before because i wanted to be uninfluenced.

Heute habe ich auf dem Zentangle-Blog Molly Hollibaugh gelauscht. Denn in diesem YouTube Video wird nur gesprochen. Ich bin Mollys Anweisungen gefolgt, und das ist mein Ergebnis. In der Mosaic-App von Zentangle könnt ihr andere Beiträge unter #vgt1 und #voiceguidedtangling finden. Ich bin auf die anderen Tangles schon gespannt. Ich habe absichtlich vorher nicht reingesehen, um unbeeinflusst ein Tange zu erstellen.

Fragments and Reticula

It is here: The book "Reticula and Fragments". After looking through the book i startet a tangle. I took "Zentangle Primer vol. 1" and chose Fragments and Reticula. I took the fragments D11, F11, H14 and J13. The Reticula was drawn in a Hollibaugh style.

Added some shading and the tile was ready.

Es ist da: Das Buch "Reticula and Fragments". Nachdem ich in ruhe etwas durch das Buch geblättert hatte ging es los. Zusätzlich habe ich noch "Zentangle Primer vol. 1" genommen und mir Fragmente und Reticula rausgesucht. Genommen habe ich dann die Fragmente D11, F11, H14 und J13. Das Reticula habe ich in einem Hollibaugh-Stil gezeichnet.

Noch eine schöne Schattierung hinzugefügt und fertig war die Kachel.

Paradox Tesselation

This time i have a tesselation of paradox. The idea is from a blog entry of the Zentangle blog. Rick Roberts talks about and draws the same time.

I chose other forms to be filled with paradox. The result reminds of a grape. I added some shading to enhance the pattern.

Dieses mal gibt es eine Tesselation von Paradox. Die Idee dazu stammt aus einem Blogeintrag von Zentangle, in dem Rick Roberts über dieses Thema spricht und gleichzeitig zeichnet.

Durch die Wahl von anderen Umrissen ist bei mir dieses Tangle entstanden, dessen äußere Form an eine Weintraube erinnert. Ich habe noch etwas Schattierung hinzugefügt, um das Muster zu verstärken.
